What Clients Are Saying!

“If you’re looking for a compassionate and friendly dietitian to guide you through one of the most vulnerable times in your life, talk to Eva. Having grown up in a constantly dieting household and being controlled by disordered eating for half of my life, I never thought I would get to where I am today in my relationship with food.

“Amanda has changed my life, I am so happy I found her and this practice. Healing my relationship with food and my body is a long road but it is so worth it. Amanda is patient, funny, has great resources,  and insightful. I take her reminder that I, ‘deserve to take up space’, with me everywhere I go now and it has increased my confidence.”

“I feel a lot more relaxed around food. I am learning to trust myself more. I had several really meaningful insights and I am on a path that continues to point me to change and growth. I have been able to to pull myself out of my body negativity and a hyper-focus on food and get to a place where I can finally enjoy all aspects of life.
